Why use induction hobs for cooking? Easy to clean and save money on fuel costs. Induction technology is extremely versatile and is totally different from conventional cooking techniques.

Please note that only ferritic (magnetic) based pans are suitable for use on this type of appliance.

Induction makes cooking much simpler in so many ways. Cleaning the seamless cooktop is just one example, thanks to the low temperature of the toughened glass ceramic surface - spillages don't get the opportunity to burn-in. And, since thecooking zone stores no heat, energy use is maximised. Moreover, when cooking with induction, the temperature around the cooking area barely rises. This results in a much cooler and more comfortable working environment. An empty hotplate will be switched off automatically by the integrated pandetectors situated below the ceramic glass surface. When the pan is returned, power is resumed. The system will even recognise when a pan has boiled dry.
